Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (customs processing may extend this time)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. MAJORLUXES is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package through the carrier’s website.
Title and Risk of Loss
Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Majorlux10@gmail.com. For damaged items, please retain the packaging and provide photos for insurance and claims purposes.
Shipping Insurance
For orders valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance. MAJORLUXES does not guarantee receipt of your returned or lost item without tracking.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. MAJORLUXES is not responsible for delays due to customs or additional charges.
